Well, yesterday was a LONG day! I just didn't have time to post anything! :o) Oh well, I had a GREAT run! I did about 35 minutes and did about 3.5 miles! I was surprised! :o) I ran outside from the school where I teach because it was so pretty outside!
Today I did the same thing except I actually came to my house b/c I didn't have to pick the kids up from daycare today! I ran the parkway (Hugh Ward Dr.) that connects Spillway Rd. to Hwy. 25. It was rather windy headed towards 25, but headed back towards Spillway Rd. it was much better!! I ran right at 30 minutes today. I felt really good when I finished. It was a GORGEOUS DAY!!
