XTraining

I am so ready for warm weather! Today was so beautiful, but being as cold natured as I am I was not ready to get on the bike yet (outside anyway)! So, another spin class it was! But it was a great one!! I loved the music she played! The music makes or breaks a spin class! I mean, she played Arrested Development- Tennessee and Mr. Wendall!! I haven't heard those in years. It was great!!
So, we go back to the running thing tomorrow! I think I am going to try doing that outside tomorrow afternoon. I have been doing it on the treadmill. It is SO different. I will just run from the school before I go pick up my kids. I mean what is 30 to 45 minutes in daycare vs. childcare at The Club? :o) This way I will get used to asphalt and hills! ;o)
